No Bake Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tall can Milnot (13 oz.), whipped
    3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thick. Cream together cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Add gelatin and blend well.
    Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot.
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and oleo together.
    Put 2/3 on bottom and sides of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Add the filling; sprinkle with rest of graham cracker crumbs on top.
    Chill several hours.
    Cut in squares and serve plain or garnish with fruit.
