Mom'S Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    water
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Scrub unpeeled potatoes well.
    Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
    Then cut into even wedges.
    Boil potato wedges 5 minutes in salted water; drain; pat dry.
    Spread potatoes in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and cheese melts.
    Makes 4 servings.
