Double Cheese Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce with cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine the ground beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup tomato sauce with cheese, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle, about 10 x 12-inches, on waxed paper. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over meat mixture.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends of roll to seal.
    Bake in shallow baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain excess fat.
    Pour remaining sauce with cheese over roll and bake an additional 15 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
