Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 leg quarters
    salt and pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can Mexicorn
    American cheese slices
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Remove and debone.
    Cook noodles in broth.
    Add vegetables and chopped eggs. Place in casserole dish. Cover with cheese slices and bake until cheese is melted.
