Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans French-style green beans, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. medium Cheddar cheese
    1 can onion rings
    minced onion to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt margarine.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Stir in cup of sour cream until blended.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cheese, beans and seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Add 1/2 can onion rings.
    Mix gently.
