Janice Miller'S Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. rum
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. candied pineapple (green)
    1 lb. dark raisins
    1 lb. light raisins
    6 c. pecans, coated with 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream together the butter and brown sugar.
    Add eggs and milk. Mix together 3 cups flour, the soda, cinnamon, allspice and cloves.
    Add alternating with flour to batter the rum, then add fruit and pecans.
    Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, or until brown.
