Darlene'S Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm potato water
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs
    1 c. Crisco
    1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
    12 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook 2 to 3 potatoes in plenty of water; keep warm.
    Mix together 2 cups lukewarm potato water, the sugar and salt.
    Mix in the dry yeast.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Add the eggs and Crisco.
    Mix in, using a spoon or mixer the mashed potatoes and 3 cups flour. Mix with spoon or hands, adding 4 1/2 to 5 cups of flour.
    Put in large container; let rise once.
    Punch down good before putting into large container, covered; place in refrigerator.
    When ready to use, shape or cut out and let rise until doubled in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until very brown, about 20 minutes.
