Crustless Bacon And Egg Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 strips bacon, diced or 1 c. cooked sausage
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. prepared biscuit mix
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    dash of pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
Preparation
    Fry or microwave bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. If you use sausage, fry until done.
    Combine milk, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and pepper; beat 15 seconds.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle bacon (sausage) and cheese on top of egg mixture; gently press below surface with fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
