Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. turkey cutlets
1/2 c. olive oil
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
1 c. coarsely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
6 large mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
Baste with liquid every 20 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with parsley.
