Easy Oven Fried Coating Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box cornflake crumbs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and keep refrigerated.
Use mixture to coat beef, pork and poultry.
Using 1 to 2 cups of mixture at a time, coat meat pieces and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
