Vanilla Wafer Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter, creamery
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs; beat well.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add milk and vanilla. Chill.
Roll thin.
Cut with cutter dipped in flour.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
