Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 c. oil
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple and juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
