Sweet & Sour Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
4 onions, peeled and cut into rings
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
7 1/2 oz. can yellow waxed beans, drained
1 lb. can green lima beans, drained
15 oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained
2 cans B & M baked beans (do not drain)
Preparation

Place onions in skillet.
Add sugar, mustard, garlic, salt, and vinegar.
Cook 20 minutes covered.
Start on high, then simmer. Put all beans in a bowl.
Add cooked mixture.
Add bacon. Mix. Pour into 3 quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 1 hour and 15 minutes covered or place in crock pot.
