Caputo'S Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. each ground beef and pork
    1/2 loaf Italian or white bread
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. each oregano, basil and marjoram
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
Preparation
    Soak bread in water and squeeze out moisture.
    Break into pieces and add to crumbled beef and pork.
    Add egg, milk, spices and Romano cheese.
    Mix well by hand.
    Shape into 2-inch balls and place in shallow baking pan.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with spaghetti sauce and pasta. Makes 10 to 12 meatballs.
