Pumpkin Silk Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. thawed nondairy whipped topping
1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation

In large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spread filling into crust.
Top with pecans, if desired.
Chill at least 3 hours or overnight.
