Summer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (20 oz.) can Mandarin orange sections, drained and cut up
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) carton nondairy topping
1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Mix pineapple, orange pieces and cottage cheese thoroughly. Add powdered Jell-O and stir until completely mixed.
Stir in whipped topping.
When these ingredients are completely mixed, stir in the nuts and marshmallows.
Refrigerate salad.
Sets in 30 minutes.
Better left overnight before using.
