Egg Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    6 slices bread
    4 c. cheese (2 c. Cheddar and 2 c. American)
    1 lb. bulk sausage
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pan-fry sausage and drain.
    Beat eggs, milk and mustard together.
    Pour egg mixture over bread. Add sausage and grated cheese.
    Let set for 30 minutes.
    Press sausage and cheese into liquid.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    You may also add onions, chopped ham, mushrooms and green peppers.
