Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels (semi-sweet or sweet, your preference)
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
whipped cream
Preparation

Put milk into a saucepan and warm until very, very hot but not scalded.
Place rest of ingredients into blender and add hot milk. Blend for 2 minutes at high speed.
(Make sure it's 2 full minutes.)
Pour into wine glasses or parfaits.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Store in refrigerator.
Top with whipped cream.
