Millionaire Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 baked pie shells
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together powdered sugar and margarine. Add egg, salt and vanilla.
Mix well until light and fluffy. Spread this on the two crusts.
Chill.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Blend
in the well drained pineapple and nuts. Spoon on top of the sugar-margarine mixture and chill again.
