Mystery Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
 
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. pecans
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation
- 
                            Cream together the cream cheese, 1 egg, vanilla, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 1/4 cups pecans.
 
Beat until fluffy.
Spread in pie shell.
