Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw potatoes
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine potatoes with eggs and dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
    Form into flat cakes and cook slowly on a hot griddle.
    Makes about 10.
    Served with sausage these make an old-fashioned supper.
