Texas Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter, softened
10 strips bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 large can mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
Preparation

Beat eggs with milk and butter.
Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle vegetables and bacon onto eggs.
Heat soup (do not add milk or water) to soften it.
Spread over egg dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
