Lo-Cal Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/8 c. pineapple juice and water
    2 Tbsp. crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 c. cantaloupe (bite-size pieces)
    1 peach, sliced
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water. Drain crushed pineapple.
    Pour juice to measure 1 1/8 cups. Heat to boiling.
    Stir into gelatin and add crushed pineapple. Cool.
    When it begins to set, stir in cantaloupe and peach slices. Chill about 4 hours.
    Serves 4.
