Butterscotch Crunchers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    1 c. puffed wheat cereal
    1/2 c. peanuts
    1/2 c. tiny marshmallows
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces
Preparation
    Cover a baking sheet with wax paper.
    Open can of noodles.
    Add noodles, cereal, peanuts, marshmallows and raisins in a large mixing bowl; stir.
    Measure peanut butter, set aside.
    Melt butterscotch in double boiler, add peanut butter to butterscotch. Do not cover.
    Place in microwave, set on 100% power.
    Set time for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
    Push start button.
    Stir a couple of times.
    Pour mixture over cereal.
    Stir until pieces are coated. Drop on wax paper and chill.
