Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 box Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
2 sticks margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
6 chicken breasts, boiled
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender; cube.
Mix with soup and sour cream.
In separate bowl, melt butter and mix with crackers and poppy seed.
Layer 9 x 13-inch pan with 2/3 of cracker mixture. Spoon in all of chicken mixture.
Layer remaining poppy seed mix. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with rice.
Serves 6 to 8.
