Chicken Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
16 oz. spaghetti
1 can Ro-Tel, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. jar pimentos
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 lb. Velveeta, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Rinse chicken well.
Cook in water to cover in large saucepan until tender.
Drain and bone chicken, reserving broth.
Cook onion and green pepper in broth in saucepan until tender.
Add spaghetti.
Cook until tender; drain.
Add chicken, tomatoes, soups, pimentos, mushrooms, Velveeta and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Cook until Velveeta melts.
Spoon into two 9 x 13-inch baking pans.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
This will make 18 to 24 servings.
