Chocolate Mint Thumbprints(Makes 3 Dozen) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. unsalted butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. mint jelly
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream together the butter, sugar and egg.
Stir in the vanilla.
Sift flour and cocoa.
Stir into the creamed mixture. Stir in chopped nuts.
Chill the dough 30 minutes.
