Harvest Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow or zucchini squash (4 medium), cubed, cooked and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small bag stuffing mix
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and set aside.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with 1 small bag of stuffing and 1/2 cup water.
