Lemon-Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water in bowl.
Add ice cream; mix until melted.
Stir in pineapple.
Pour into mold or bowl.
Chill until set.
Yield:
4 to 6 servings.
