Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 mashed ripe bananas
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add egg.
    Beat well.
    Add bananas.
    Mix well.
    Combine flour and other dry ingredients in another bowl.
    Add flour mixture 1/2 at a time, alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Mix in pecans.
    Grease 1 loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 1 loaf.
