Breaded Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow crookneck summer squash
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    For any amount of sweet potatoes. Choose size of potatoes as close to the same size as possible as the larger and thicker one will take
    longer to bake.
