Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp.salt
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
    Mix together all dry ingredients and add to persimmon pulp, buttermilk and eggs. Add butter.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for around 30 minutes or until done.
