Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1/4-inch thick
    soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 c. green peppers
    1 c. water
    flour to coat
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut steaks in strips about
    2
    inches
    long
    by
    1 inch wide. Pound meat.
    Brush\twith soy sauce, sprinkle with flour and salt. Brown in Wesson
    oil
    over\tmedium heat.
    Add green peppers and water.
    Cover and simmer 35 to 45 minutes.\tServes 6.
