Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. (1 lb.) smoked sausage
1 c. ham, diced
1 c. boiled chicken, diced
6 green onions, chopped
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
2 bay leaves
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 can tomatoes
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 c. rice, uncooked
garlic to taste
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
To sausage grease add flour and brown.
Add sauteed vegetables, bay leaves, garlic, cayenne pepper, thyme, tomatoes, tomato paste, rice and beef stock.
Cook until the rice is done.
