Grandma Jackson'S Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. sugar (can use less)
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast mixture and buttermilk.
    Mix well. Biscuits do not rise before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 until brown.
    Unused dough will keep up to a week in the refrigerator if well covered.
