No Bake Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-o
    1 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. graham crackers
    1 can Milnot milk
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add lemon juice and cool. Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    Add Jell-O and mix well.
    Whip Milnot and add to Jell-O mixture.
    Crush crackers into fine crumbs, add melted margarine and powdered sugar.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan on bottom and up sides.
    Add filling and chill several hours.
    You can save some of the crumbs to sprinkle on top.
