Scallops In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    8 Tbsp. butter
    3 oz. dry white wine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 oz. dry sherry
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. heavy cream
    salt
    pepper
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute scallops in 3 tablespoons butter until golden brown. Add white wine, stirring well.
    Transfer mixture to buttered casserole.
    Saute mushrooms and onion in 2 tablespoons butter until soft, not browned.
    Add to casserole with scallops.
