One Meal Sandwich(From Richard Simmons' Show) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
    1/4 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. spinach, chard, collards or mustard greens, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg and hamburger together.
    When almost done, add your choice of greens.
    Stir and cook until wilted.
