Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 C pumpkin
    1/4 C brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 C granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 C evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix 2 eggs, slightly beaten with 1 1/2 C of pumpkin. Combine 1/4 C brown sugar, 1/2 C granulated sugar, spices & sugar. Add to pumpkin, stir in evaporated milk. Pour into chilled unbaked pastry shell. Bake in hot oven 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 25-35 minutes more or until knife inserted
    in custard 2 inches from edge comes out clean.
