Chicken Scallopini And Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon
    hot cooked spaghetti
    grated Parmesan cheese
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into half.
    Place each half between two pieces of waxed paper.
    Pound until 1/4-inch thick.
    Sprinkle chicken evenly with garlic powder and pepper.
    Coat with flour. Heat oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
    Cook chicken until done and lightly brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
    Remove chicken to warm platter.
    Heat remaining butter in same skillet until melted.
    Stir in lemon juice and pour over chicken.
    Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
    Serve with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
