Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    zucchini
    1 can tomatoes with juice
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Mix and cook on low heat the salad dressing, milk and flour until thickened.
    Slice zucchini, onion and tomatoes, arranging in casserole.
    Pour cooked mixture over all; top with crumbled cracker crumbs and Mozzarella cheese.
    Dot with margarine; salt and pepper, or Mrs. Dash.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until zucchini is tender.
