Pan-Fried Tomato Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes, sliced 1 inch thick
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Season tomato slices with salt and pepper.
    Place on a large plate.
