Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 (1 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate sq.
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix milk and chocolate.
    Stir until chocolate is melted; remove from heat.
    In separate bowl, whisk egg, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla.
    Slowly whisk in part of the chocolate mixture, then whisk back into pan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick, then pour into pie crust or pudding dishes.
    Let cool.
