Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour, fork stirred
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour, fork stirred
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Stir together flours, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Beat egg and milk to blend; add flour mixture with oil.
    Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Spoon into greased muffin pan.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12.
