Meat 'N Potato Skillet Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat (Treet or Spam, etc.)
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
1/2 to 1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

In skillet, lightly brown luncheon meat (which has been cut into strips) and onion in shortening.
Blend in soup and milk.
Add cubed potatoes, chopped parsley and pepper.
Cook over low heat about 10 minutes.
Stir and serve.
