1 lb. mild pork sausage
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
Roll into small balls and bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet in a 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
