Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk or heavy whipping cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Mix all dry ingredients with shortening. Cut in shortening.
    Add all moist ingredients, knead on hard, floured surface.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
