Baked Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pieces tenderloin (1/2-inch thick)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shortening
gravy
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Melt shortening.
Flour meat and add to hot shortening.
Brown well.
Remove, drain and place in baking dish.
Cover with thin gravy and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
