Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 flour tortillas
    1 canned or fresh jalapeno pepper (optional)
    salsa (optional)
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine soup, chicken, 1/2 cup cheese and peppers.
    Top half of each tortilla with about 1/4 cup of mixture, spreading evenly over tortilla.
    Moisten edges of tortillas with water and fold over, pressing to seal the edges.
