Caramel Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/8 lb. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mash the potatoes.
    Add the other ingredients, except pecans. Blend well.
    Place in greased dish.
    Make \"well\" in center and sprinkle pecans on top.
    Heat at 350\u00b0. Just before serving, put the Caramel Sauce on.
